At Estus Health, we focus on therapy that respects your autonomy, works with how your brain actually operates, and uses strategies that make sense in real life. We specialise in supporting neurodivergent individuals—especially those who have tried traditional approaches and found them unhelpful or overwhelming.
Our work is interest-based, collaborative, and low-pressure. We don’t expect you to mask or pretend. We create a space where you can show up as you are, and where the work we do is led by your goals and priorities—not by a pre-written program.
Gaming-Informed Therapy
We use video games, VR, and online platforms to support communication, emotional regulation, daily living skills, and social connection. This is therapy in a format that feels familiar, engaging, and relevant—especially for clients who’ve struggled to engage in other settings.
Executive Function Support
For clients who experience task paralysis, overwhelm, time-blindness, or chronic burnout. This service focuses on practical support for planning, initiation, organisation, and sustainable routines. It’s especially useful for people with ADHD, autism, or mood-related executive dysfunction.
Occupational Therapy
We support clients to build skills in areas like self-care, communication, sensory regulation, and independent living. Whether you’re trying to get through a morning routine or rebuild structure after burnout, we’ll work together to make the process achievable and meaningful.
Groups
We offer small, interest-based group sessions for clients who benefit from shared learning, parallel play, or gentle exposure to social situations. These are designed with safety, flexibility, and optional participation in mind.
We specialise in working with:
Autistic clients (including PDA profiles)
ADHD
Functional Neurological Disorder (FND)
Executive dysfunction, school refusal, and burnout
Clients who are therapy-fatigued or have had negative past experiences
We see both children (ages 9 and up) and adults.
Sessions are available online or in person (Perth-based, with travel by arrangement).
No high-pressure demands or forced participation
Flexible scheduling, including options for rescheduling or adjusting frequency
Sessions that match your energy, interests, and communication preferences
