We welcome referrals for occupational therapy, executive function support, and low-pressure, neuro-affirming engagement.
You can refer as a parent, support coordinator, therapist, GP — or refer yourself.
We work best when the people referring to us understand what we stand for.
Estus Health supports neurodivergent individuals who may not thrive in traditional therapy settings. This includes clients with PDA profiles, school refusal, executive dysfunction, and complex support needs. Our model is built around flexibility, autonomy, and the idea that therapy should feel safe before it feels productive.
If that sounds like your client, you're in the right place.

You do not need a formal diagnosis to refer. If someone is struggling to engage in therapy, we can explore fit from there.
We work with people who’ve often disengaged from traditional therapy or feel burnt out by systems that weren’t built for them.
Our sessions are:
Neurodivergent-affirming
Pressure-reducing and low-demand
Built on co-regulation, autonomy, and trust
Designed for both in-person and telehealth options (including VR + gaming where appropriate)
We don’t expect people to be “ready.”
We meet them where they are — and let safety do the heavy lifting.
Once we receive your referral:
The intake is reviewed personally by Liam or a member of the team.
We contact the client (or family) directly within 3 business days.
If the client is a good fit, they can self-book or be guided through the onboarding process.
If we’re not the right service, we’ll do our best to recommend someone who is.
You can note any specific concerns, communication preferences, or goals in the referral form. The more context, the better.
