Creating environments where people thrive — just as they are.
Estus Health was founded on a belief: that support services should honour neurodivergence, not fight it.
We specialise in occupational therapy and executive function support for:
Autistic adults and teenagers,
Individuals with PDA profiles,
People experiencing school refusal,
Those navigating burnout or executive dysfunction.
We understand that traditional approaches often fall short. That’s why we prioritise environments that feel safe, collaborative, and responsive — not demanding or clinical.
Our team blends clinical expertise with lived understanding. We don’t measure progress by checklists — we measure it by connection, engagement, and sustainable change.
Whether you're here for therapy, executive support, or something in between, our aim is the same: to reduce resistance, build trust, and support meaningful participation — on your terms.
That philosophy lives in everything we do:
In our therapy sessions.
In our communication.
In our expectations — or lack of them.
We believe people thrive when they’re not being managed, fixed, or measured against systems that were never built for them in the first place.
Whether through gaming-informed therapy, executive function support, or our neuro-affirming approach to occupational therapy — we meet people where they are, not where someone else thinks they should be.
Resistance-breaking, not compliance-building
We don’t force change. We walk alongside our clients until the next step feels possible.
Pressure-reducing support
Sessions feel like a deep exhale — not a performance review.
Structure that bends
We adapt to the person, not the other way around.
Therapy that meets people where they actually are
Sometimes that’s in silence. Sometimes it’s in Minecraft. Sometimes in VR. Always in trust.
This isn’t about fixing people — it’s about fixing the environments around them.
That philosophy lives in everything we do:
In our therapy sessions
In our communication
In our expectations — or lack of them
We support participation on each person’s terms. Whether through gaming-informed therapy, executive function support, or strength-based interventions — we show up without judgment, and without pressure.
Estus Health is here for people who’ve masked, pushed, or performed just to access care — and for the therapists trying to stay whole while supporting them.
We’re here to say:
You’re not broken. The environment just wasn’t listening.
So we’re building better ones.
